Critique for B&B

Hello Paul! I found really interesting the service you want to provide. I think that is really studied the option of your restaurant, is not something you just created for the asignature. Also, the prices and the diversity of choices you showed at your presentation are made for everyone. The only thing I want to say is that the market is really large. You could try to decrease the market in order to focus in a smaller niche and have more ideas for them, also the promotional mix is expensive, maybe you could try to make it cheaper. For the other things I believe that it's a really good idea.
