I dont know much about maguey but maybe you can advertising it like a specialty produtc that help people health and also with a good taste.
I have a doubt what color is you chees? is it green ?
I dont know if it afect to you, some time people don't like to see food with colors, also i like to know if the texture is diferent to a comun chees?
