Hello alejandra, I believe that your product is interesting, for me it can be successful enough if you do the better thing in your market´s segmentation, nevertheless I have doubts about how to work in your positioning and the image of your product, I don't know how you could change the idea of the people about how an ice-cream can be not only tasty and delicious, but also healthy. I also consider that it would be helpfull if you could find the places that consume the most ice-cream in the country, this way you can exploit your sales and with your niche of market you can explote better profits.
