Hi Diana, I have to tell you that I cheer the rescue of mexican flavors and for that reason I completely support your product: I would really enjoy so much to buy an “atole” in another place of the world! So I invite you to seek for the opening of markets in specialized stores of Mexican products through the world. I don´t consider it could replace the coffee at any place, but something I do believe is that the traditional flavors could be tasted and exploited, flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, coffee and rice being sold as an extra product within the Mexican offer. I´d love you to succeed!
