Tehuatzin Project Critique

I believe the idea is really original, but for starters i think that he should just stick to a variety of three products tops, because it would be easier for a new company to advertise even one than many of them, a goat cheese truffle per example, about the market i think he got that right and as there are many bakeries opening nowadays in Puebla that means that is a good place to start if he has a good idea as the one he is proposing.
