critique of products

Kifi your product is nice and really fancy, the fact that you create a gourmet product is kind of risky because there are fewer people that can afford the "salami" in a constant way. About your target market I think that you can include older people like 60 or 65 years because that is the kind of people that can afford and that knwos about food. You also could introduce new flavors obviously with the duck as a main ingredient. The idea is really nice the only thing that you sould considers is the advertising, well i hope you could make it.
