Hi Perla, your red grasshoppers sauce tastes really good! I think it is an excellent and high – protein product, unfortunately many people ignore the nutrimental benefits of these bugs and consider them unpleasant or gross even without tasting them, so it would be interesting how you make the positioning and image of your product so that people could know more about the product and be risky to test it. I think it´is perfect for you to sell your sauce in Puebla and Oaxaca, cause the two places already have wide acceptance for your product, also it might be interesting to introduce them in other places later. Finally, I enjoyed your exhibition, it was very complete and it makes me feel that your product may be settled well.
