Hi Marco, I really liked your idea about the apple, amaranth and chocolate balls as a healthy option to consume, especially for Mexican children who are getting in top of obesity statistics (as we already know Mexico is the second one in the most obese countries list); so, considering all these I think it would be excellent for you to continue developing your product and in a not too far future look for some sponsorship or support of the education and/or health ministry (SEP, SSA, etc). At last, I believe your product can be very successful according to the Mexican traditions essences (amaranth and chocolate for example) you are working with.
