Hi Erick, I find your idea very innovative, attractive and interesting. In fact it is the first time that I hear about a combination like yours using chocolate and fresh cheese. I think it is important for you to have in mind the patenting at IMPI of your product because I believe it could be well exploited with an accurate planning. I like your product; however I am doubtful about the use of additives for the preservation of the Oaxaca cheese inside the chocolate. It is really important for you to check the laws and regulations in order for you to introduce your product. At last… congratulations, you have a good proposal!
