I like your product,because i like duck meat and in a salami with all the flavors i think it's gonna be great, also the gourmet part it's pretty good cause the duck and the gourmet are on the same level, one bad part it's the name canard delice it is elegant but your market it's Mexico so not everyone it's going know what it is by the name so your name should be related to your target market in conclusion the product i hope that with that kind of ingredients it's gonna taste great just the name should be other.
